During the Inspection

We invite our clients to attend all inspections. During the inspection we will answer all questions and describe the condition of the home as we inspect all components. This gives a clear understanding of the condition for clients to make an informed decision going forward. We will do our best to schedule the inspection around your schedule.

We do work weekends

Kitchen

All appliances are tested for functioning properly. Also we provide recall check for any possible recalls on
appliances.

Bathrooms

All fixtures and drains are tested. Safety items are also tested

Interiors

All interior walls, ceilings and floors are evaluated for condition. All windows and doors are tested for function and safety

Exteriors

The exterior roof, flashings, windows, siding condition and doors are tested for operation. Also the exterior grade and retaining walls are also evaluated.
